Gyratory crusher is used as the primary crusher and same times as the secondary crusher because of its enormous mouth. In this crusher, the practice of crushing is done by closing the gap between the mantle (on the main shaft) and the concave (which is installed inside the main body, i.e. top shell). You can adjust the eccentric of the device according to the speed of the passage and size of the output.
The difference between a Gyratory Crusher and a Cone Crusher is about the upper mantle of the machine; in Gyratory Crusher this section is totally separate and stands higher, which makes the mouth of the crusher bigger and consequently it can accept larger stones and its production capacity also increases.
